阆中市枣碧乡位于主城区西北部，距市区12公里，幅员面积30平方公里，国道347线穿境而过。全乡辖5个行政村，1个社区，户籍人口8171人，2573户。2017年枣碧乡新一届党委班子提出了“以旅游带发展、建产业、促脱贫”的工作思路，依托风景优美的杨家河流域，全力以赴发展乡村旅游，提出了“阆中小九寨、枣碧杨家河”，“千年古蜀道、川北第一漂”，“烟波白溪濠、休闲垂钓城”等一系列旅游创意并付诸实施。通过三年的不懈努力，旅游产业从无到有，昔日贫困闭塞的杨家河村一跃发展成全市乡村旅游“领头羊”。

2018年枣碧乡杨家河村被确定为全省乡村旅游示范乡村、阆中市政协书画院、摄影家协会写生创作基地。枣碧乡通过旅游业，带动经济社会发展，促进脱贫攻坚的发展模式得到各级领导充分肯定和广大群众一致认可，也为落后地区“乡村振兴”进行了有益的探索。

现已推出竹筏、乌篷船、漂流、泛舟、戏水等旅游体验项目。
