蓬安磨子街上乱停乱放的两轮，三轮车辆很多，有关部门还是应管理下！[已回复]

下午路过蓬安磨子街，发现乱停乱放的两轮，三轮车辆太多了，真的有些妨碍交通环境也，毕竟该地段是条老街，从来人流量大，而且路面也不是很宽敞，但如图所见，随意乱停的两轮，三轮车辆却是这般普遍，假若在上下班，上下学的人流高峰期时，也许会影响群众过路，有关部门还是应管理下！

行走在街头能看到城管的身影，可，即然城管在街头，那为何却还是会出现这么多的乱停现象呢？前不久，蓬安城管不是才出过通告讲，要开展摩托，电动，自行车的专项整治吗？铿锵有力的通告内容，亦曾在笔者的眼光闪过，但，现时的场景呢？不说县城其他区域，单只这么条磨子街，就有如此多的乱停画面，请问，相关部门呢？
