路过蓬安原老县医院附近的收费停车场，发现已有保安入驻了

昨天下午（5月17）经过蓬安原老县医院，也就是号称要修什么笔架山公园，现如今却为收费停车场的大门处看到，有车辆想进入，却被保安拦下，用微笑温柔的服务态度，向车主讲明了，如欲停车，需要给钱，具体多少，可看通知，笔者当时听后就上前看了下贴在岗亭道闸旁的收费标准，感觉价格还算可以过得去，比较合适。

走进停车场，发现有部分地面已然被水泥硬化，但周边许多区域却是坑洼不平的模样，有附近住家户群众说这些破烂地面是晴天过车灰尘大，雨天过车稀泥多，希望能尽快予以水泥硬化。（有视频）。同时，笔者也注意到，从前未收费时，停在坝子里面的车辆很多，可谓密密麻麻，而现在要开始收费了，停在坝子里面的车辆密度，就没有那么大了，反而是坝子外围一些土坡上停着许多车辆。

在拍完照往回走时与保安聊了几句，顺便提问是不是所有车辆进入该停车场都需付费，保安说如果是停车场里面居民楼的住户进出，登记后免费，闻得此番言语，让我感觉该停车场的管理方考虑的还是全面
