健康之路，始于足下。 徒步走山川，健康来作伴。2017年4月29日阳光明媚，会理徒步运动协会一行60多人徒步龙肘山顶观赏万紫千红的万亩杜鹃花海，我们一部分人从早上8点半钟在石榴广场集合后，包车上龙肘山顶，还有一部分人从早上六点钟出发徒步到山顶。              

       我们行山涉水，开心徒步，放飞心灵，让心翱翔天空，无拘无束地徜徉于大自然山水之间，无忧无虑地尽情嬉戏和玩耍，虽然辛苦劳累，但收获了健康和快乐，舒畅了心情，焕发了精神，午餐休息娱乐后，下午全部安全返回县城。

        放眼龙肘山顶，苍茫的众山一览无余，都臣服在了我们的脚下。万亩杜鹃花仪态万千，有的杜鹃花花瓣完全展开了，有的杜鹃花还在孕育中含苞待放，你看那花儿，有粉红的，有深红的，有淡粉的，各是各的颜色，真是一道亮丽的风景线。 看着那火一样的杜鹃花心情特别舒畅。

        龙肘山上的杜鹃花，它花繁叶茂，而绮丽多姿，红的像团团烈火，是世界上最美的红，最艳的花。它枝干颜色是淡绿色的，叶面是深绿色的，绿叶衬红花，在阳光的映衬下十分美丽、妩媚动人。那种灿如云霞的红艳，格外引人注目。它风姿绝艳，灿若云锦，铺铺展展，烂烂漫漫地绽放着，千枝万朵在献媚，且漫山红遍，灿似彩霞，绚丽动人，让人陶醉。
