孜然辣豆干

1.将豆干切成一公分左右的小条;
2.锅中油温六成，将豆干倒入，加适量盐，小火慢炸;
3.重新起锅，锅中加入两碗水，加入生抽、糖、鸡粉，汤滚倒入炸好的豆干;
4.先小火卤20分钟，后大火翻炒，直至收干汤汁;
5.关火后加入孜然粉、辣椒粉，炒均匀即可。
