多伦路，不止是一条路

摘要：通过笔者的调查，发现作为承载上海历史文化名街的多伦路存在这历史保护完整性的缺失。具体表现在居民生活质量改善的缺失、公共空间的缺失以及旧有文化层次的缺失。而面临发展与保护的压力，多伦路究竟是该选择如同新天地一样推倒重新开发的模式还是像博物馆展品一样地保护模式？笔者认为多伦路应当选择的开发模式应具有自身特征，其原则既要包含对保护底线的坚持、整体开发的意识，还应尊重居民的生活，并以公众参与的形式展开。

DARROCH ROAD, FAR BEYOND A ROAD

ABSTRACT：   Darroch Road, as the carrier of the history and culture of Shanghai, lacks of the integrity in view of historic protection through the investigation of the author. And it is reflected in the lack in improving the quality of residents’ living standard、the lack of public space and the missing of past standard culture context. Facing the pressure of development and protection, should Darroch Road choose the way of pushing down and rebuild which Xintiandi had passed through or the way to be treated as the exhibition in a museum? The author thinks it a unique and appropriate way for Darroch Road to choose, that shall obey such principles: Not only adhere to the bottom line of protection, as well as the overall consciousness of development and protection, but also respect for the living of residents and conduct the public participation at the meantime.
