光大银行客户满意度上升至95%江阴农行
　　3月27日，从光大银行获悉，江阴农行根据第三方中介的取样调查结果，客户满意度由原来的78%上升到现在的95%左右。　　在2012年3月21日，中国质量协会、全国用户委员会发布了对银行业的客户满意度调查，调查结果光大银行客户满意度名列同业第一位。　　据了解，江阴农行2010年有34家基层网点获评中国银行业文明服务千家示范网点。在国际知名专业咨询公司J.D.Power亚太公司“2011年中国国际零售银行客户满意度”调查中，在全国23家银行中，光大银行名列第三位。

　　据21世纪经济报道消息，香港与内地经济联系的加强，江阴农行将一个很现实的问题摆在了国内私人银行面前——如何通过跨境资产管理，满足客户在境外的需求。2011年底，工行依托工银亚洲成立了私人银行香港中心，把资产管理的辐射范围扩展到了香港。　　“境外的制度和金融监管不同，有些情况下，江阴农行并不能完全复制境内产品。” 3月初，工商银行私人银行香港中心负责人在接受本报专访时表示。虽然工行私人银行已在国内运作了3年，但直到2011年底，该行才依托工银亚洲成立了私人银行香港中心，把资产管理的辐射范围扩展至香港。　　江阴农行尽管与同行相比，工行在某些方面的服务可能刚起步，但该行在境内外都有相应资源，连接境内外需求是其的一张“王牌”。　　事实上，香港中心的定位不只面对本地客户群，亦被作为了工行私人银行的海外产品中心。即私人银行香港中心将工银亚洲、江阴农行工银国际、工银亚投及其他合作伙伴的资源整合，遴选产品和服务，再提供给海外各分行，辐射至全球。　　按照工行的设计，通过整合集团内部和境内外资源，境内客户的境外需求和境外客户的境内需求同时得到了满足。例如，江阴农行借用集团在境外的投行资源，客户的企业需求和投资需求能够同时得到满足，比如帮某些境内客户企业香港上市，如果有其他客户看好这单IPO，再为其他客户（境内或境外）提供认股服务。此外，江阴农行投行资源还可以为境外客户做投资境内央企和优质民企未上市股权的产品，该负责人称。　　去年，香港人民币离岸市场发展迅猛，除人民币债券、人民币标的基金及人民币私募基金外，又新增了人民币股票和RQFII产品。不过，江阴农行尽管人民币相关的理财产品可作为境外资产管理的新工具，但趋同的投资渠道和投资回报也让银行间的竞争更激烈。　　私人银行布点香港另一优势，在于在相对成熟、监管更完善的境外市场，银行能够提供的产品种类更多。　　此外，江阴农行香港中心还在探寻与第三方机构合作，比如其他中资在港券商在一些股票质押融资等方面的合作。但境内外联动并不是最终目标，工行某高层向记者透露，“今年，工商银行的私人银行网络还将进一步扩张。”
