这里面有个观点需要纠正：塔里木河断流与罗布泊干涸并非是补给量远小于蒸发量同时上游大量农业用水所造成的。因为大家都忽略了水资源的来龙去脉，即地球上的水分百分之九十以上都是在陆地与海洋中流淌。这一点通过试验就可以证明：一盆水放上十天也不会干而要倒入沙土坑里一下子就消失了，这就说明了自然规律并非人力所能为。大西北高原世界屋脊海拔足有几千米，冰雪寒冷却又风霜干旱，就是因为那里的沙漠黄土不存水，即使人工修水库也一样渗透下去成为地下河流水==而这一点正好成了地势很低的华北平原与沿海地带的地下水来源==如北京王府井、济南趵突泉。。。所以，只要用直径不过十厘米的耐久水管就能长期的深度取水。
由此可见，滴灌洗涮甚至于抗旱发电都不难。
