得荣县查处一起非法电鱼行为
信息来源:得荣县政府网5月21日晚22时许，县水务局接群众举报，称有人在古学乡劳动桥附近进行非法捕捞，县水务局局长罗绒庚即组织渔政执法人员赶赴现场。经过严密侦查和蹲点守候，22日凌晨，执法人员在子庚乡境内抓获非法捕捞野生鱼类作案人员7人，扣押作案车辆两辆（车牌号分别是：川WB3905、云PB7126）、橡皮艇3艘，救生衣4件，电击枪3支，12V、24V蓄电池各两个，供氧设备4套，装鱼用大竹筐6个、铁皮箱2个，野生江鱼700余斤。据悉，此次非法捕捞案件是我县近年查处的违法人员最多、捕捞江鱼数量最大的一起非法捕捞案件，也是渔政执法大队遭遇的性质最恶劣、最危险的一次执法行动。本次所收缴的江鱼已于5月22日上午在广大群众见证下放归定曲河。根据我国相关法律法规，实施春季禁渔是保护野生渔类资源繁衍的有效措施，每年3月1日至6月30日是我县的禁渔期，期间任何单位和个人不得以任何方式从事捕捞作业。但受利益驱使，总有人顶风作案，置法律于不顾，进行违法捕捞，严重破坏了我县野生鱼类资源的生态平衡。为切实保护我县野生鱼类资源，广大群众应积极行动起来，共同参与保护野生鱼类，一旦发现非法捕捞行为应及时向县水务局举报，（图为：缴获的非法捕捞车辆及渔具）
